Our Managing Director, Lesley Bailey has over 20 years experience working in the Dental Sector. She worked for Boots when they opened their chain of Dental Practices and later for James Hull Associates as Operations Manager. In 2005 Lesley set up her own business consultancy business to help dental practice owners develop their dental businesses. As a direct result of requests by clients Lesley launched Privilege Plan in 2008 with the aim of providing cost effective, practice specific patient membership schemes, without the restraints imposed by the large providers.

Lesley’s experience at the “sharp end” means that the team at Privilege Plan are familiar with the issues and challenges that dental practices face on a daily basis. We are not a faceless call center based company, but offer a personal, professional and individual service to our clients.

Lesley is the author of Dental Practice Health Check (published by Radcliffe Publishing). “Dental Practice Health Check” helps dental practice owners improve their business. It is concise, practical and ideal for day-to-day reference. Sound, evidence-based principles are offered to assist practice owners in becoming better people managers, drive revenue and profitability through marketing and customer service, and ensure the business has robust systems and procedures to support its operation. By encouraging practice owners to step back and review their current business practices, the book examines ways of making the dental business more rewarding in the long run – maximising opportunities, and supporting revenue and profitability.
