In addition to collecting monthly Direct Debits, we supply monthly reports with all the information your need to monitor your plan income. You will receive a monthly BACS payment from us within days of collection and without any unnecessary delays. We will also manage any increases of fees by writing to your patients on your behalf.
We manage any failed collections with great care - your patients are our customers too and will always be treated with respect and courtesy.
