Additional application forms and pre-addressed envelopes required to meet your needs can be ordered at any time, free of charge. Additional leaflets will be provided to you at cost. If you prefer to use your own corporate branding to maintain your corporate brand identity we will contribute to your costs the equivalent value of our own marketing pack.

Training and Ongoing Support
Privilege Plan will provide on-site training at no cost to you. The training will include the following areas:

• completion of patient application forms
• transfer of patients from existing plans
• registration of new patients
• dealing with queries
• analysing the monthly statement
• selling Privilege Plan to patients.
