Low Admin Fees
When you chose Privilege Plan as your dental plan administrators you won’t have to worry about plan administration costs. There are no complicated charging scales – we charge £1 per patient per month irrespective of the number of patients you have on your dental plan. There is no annual registration or licence fee to pay, just a once only £295.00 that covers the development of your plan and team training.
Our Guarantee to You
Privilege Plan will never ask you to sign a complicated binding contract that requires you to work exclusively with us. Whilst we hope you will choose us as your preferred dental plan provider we understand that you want the freedom to decide. Neither will we ask your patients to enter into a formal agreement with us. Your patients will complete only the Direct Debit Instruction form so you can be sure we are not compromising your relationship with your patient.
We Pay You!
Patients pay a £10 fee when joining the dental plan, which is taken at their first monthly payment. We will pay you as much as £3 per patient cash back. You can use this to incentivise your team and reward them for encouraging patients to join your membership scheme. Or you can simply enjoy the cash windfall – if you sign up 1,000 patients in your first year we will pay you £3,000. We don’t charge patients joining fees when they are trans-ferring from an existing scheme at your practice.
We work with you to ensure your dental plans offer meaningful discounts off fees for dental treatment, without eroding your profit margins. So you can tap into our in-depth knowledge of the business of dentistry ensuring you are totally happy with the discount structures offered within your plan.
In addition to collecting monthly Direct Debits, we supply monthly reports with all the information you need to monitor your dental plan income. You will receive a monthly BACS payment from us within days of collection and without any unnecessary delays. As your dental plan administrators we will also manage any annual increases of fees by writing to your patients on your behalf. We manage any failed collections with great care – your patients are our customers too and will always be treated with respect and courtesy.

We help practice owners to manage dental plan transfers using a solution that protects your business from unnecessary risks. Our unique approach offers an efficient, safe and seamless transfer of patients to Privilege Plan.
Optional Dental Accident and Emergency Insurance
The majority of providers insist upon including a Dental A&E Insurance product – we do not. In our experience, only a small proportion of your patients will benefit from Dental Accident and Emergency Insurance and it will cost an additional monthly sum which will have to be paid for by you or your patient.
If however you would like to offer this as a benefit to your patients, we can meet your need through our affiliation with our chosen insurance provider who offer low cost insurance to Privilege Plan clients.
