When we joined Privilege Plan we already had a large patient base on an existing plan, I myself was a little nervous about the transition process and how it would impact on our patients. There was no need to worry, the transition was seamless, for both the practice and the patients. Everything was covered and all the boxes were ticked.
Lesley came and gave the team a presentation about Privilege and the company, and also some in house training, which we all found really helpful and motivating at the same time.
As the patient care manager, I deal direct with Privilege and champion the needs of the plan patients, so for me, the customer service and journey is really important.
